Overview

TeamName operates the website at teamname.org and the PeptideRef mobile application. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or share your personal information with third parties except as described below.

Information We Collect

Website (teamname.org)

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content, processed via Formspree and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Order information: name, delivery address, email, and payment details when you place an order. This is handled entirely by Snipcart — TeamName never sees or stores your card details.
  • Basic server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited may be recorded by our hosting provider (Webflow) for security purposes. We do not access or process these logs.

PeptideRef App

No personal data is collected or transmitted to our servers. All data you enter in the app (protocols, weight logs, nutrition logs, injection site history) is stored locally on your device only. No account is required. No analytics are collected. No advertising is served.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
  • To facilitate order processing through Snipcart
  • To comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

  • Snipcart — shopping cart and payment processing. PCI-compliant. See Snipcart’s privacy policy for details on how they handle transaction data.
  • Formspree — contact form processing. Messages are forwarded to our email address.
  • Webflow — website hosting and delivery.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking technology.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the Snipcart shopping cart to function. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Data Retention

Snipcart retains order data in accordance with their own policy and applicable law. We do not independently store order data. Contact form messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. As we hold minimal data directly, most requests will be directed to the relevant third-party processor. Contact us at info@teamname.org.
